I have been in real estate for nearly thirty years. Throughout that time, I have helped countless clients buy and sell their homes, giving me a wealth of professional experience that I draw upon every day. My nature as a self-starter is what got me started in this industry; when I take control of a project, I hit the ground running, and I'll work day and night until my clients are satisfied with what we've accomplished together. That I've survived as a REALTOR® as long as I have, particularly given the volatile market conditions I've worked through, should be a testament to my ability.
I strive to go above and beyond for each of my clients, whether it's visiting them in assisted care facilities, letting them stay in my home while they wait for their new house keys, or driving them from Tucson to Sierra Vista just to look at homes together. I was raised in a large family, which quickly solidified my interpersonal skills at an early age. Maybe it's my Midwestern upbringing, but I genuinely like people and find them a pleasure to be around.
I served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era, I am married to a wonderful woman together, we have five adult children, as well as three grandchildren, and I love spending time with them. I also enjoy staying active, and have competed in many sports over the last twenty-five years, including pickleball, tennis, skiing, bowling, and above all, softball—I'm an avid player with numerous achievements and national wins under my belt.
Sierra Vista is a wonderful, quiet town with the best weather in the nation, and I have demonstrable knowledge of this community and this market. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, it would be my pleasure to use that knowledge to help you with your real estate needs.
